I truly like this skillet. it is so easy to clean and cooks everything that you might want to cook. This skillet is everything anyone could ever want. Nothing sticks, can see what's cooking through glass lid without having to lift the lid and lose the heat, has a good heat miscellanous range of temperatures to cook anything and even bakes. I have had several electric skillets and it works better than anything I have ever used before. I am thinking of giving my children and grandchildren one for Christmas. Saves electricity by not having to turn the stove on or even the oven in many cases.
