They were on sale at 50% off and a coupon too! Gave me a good reason to purchase 3 for a full setting of 24 people. Very good bargain!
The dishes are lovely, though they are more of an ivory than white. Difficult to tell exact colors on Internet photos.
3 pieces were defective (one small bowl was broken and 2 pieces had sticky something on them that I couldn't get off).
Brittany was the rep who answered my call at the 1-800 number. She was so professional and helped me to connect with my local store for replacement. She went above and beyond good service practices and we came up with a simple solution. Once at the store, Rose Kreutzer assisted me and I was out on a few minutes with my replacements . So happy with this attentive service!
