I purchased this watch for my husband for Christmas, and he loved it. It has all of the features he enjoys including the digital watch face and a stainless steel band. He had no trouble adjusting the wrist band himself. However, I knew that if he needed to have someone at the store make the adjustment, they would do a fine job at J C Penney.
