I have a queen size high bed so I bought the bedspread and used a color matching skirt. The quilt was a lot bigger than I expected. I was very happy with the colors (they were as pictured) as I wanted something to match my walls and current sheets. As for people complaining about the white at the top of the bedspread I had no problem turning it back on itself and using my bed pillows, the shams and the two decorative pillows to cover it. (Look at my photo.) As for people who said they hadn't washed it yet - I don't think they realize that imported merchandise with fabric has been sprayed with insecticide and should always be washed before using. It looks like it will stand up to years of use as my old one (I had purchased probably 15 years ago from Penney's) did.
